Specific projects, deadlines, support terms (including 24/7 mission-critical response), and fees are governed by independent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed by both parties.

Unless otherwise indicated, our website and all of its content, including source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or licensed by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom contract, the deliverables developed for our clients become their intellectual property upon full payment of the agreed project fees.
